Дизайн

• Connection of 24 V power supply
• Connection of solid-state relays via front plug
• Connection of external current measuring module
• Connection of voltage feedbacks from the load circuits
• Connection of phases L1, L2, L3 and zero conductor via busbars
  (only required with voltage diagnostics)

Output power

• 24 channels with a digital 24-V control signal (8 outputs per phase)
• Max. 20 kW switching capacity with 230 V or 36 kW with 400 V per output

Monitoring of supply voltage

The connected 24-V supply is monitored for failure. The outputs to the solid-state relays are switched off in the event of a failure.

The drivers of the control outputs are monitored for correct functioning.

Fuses

External fuses must be provided for each channel.

Diagnostics facilities

Two different diagnostics methods are possible as alternatives:

• The following faults can be detected by diagnostics of the voltages from the load circuit:
  • SSR cannot be switched on, interruption in line to SSR, or external channel fuse blown
  • SSR cannot be switched off, interruption in heat emitter or line
• The following faults can be detected in addition by diagnostics using the external current measuring module:
  • Rated power on channel exceeded
  • Rated power on channel fallen below

This diagnostics is recommended for fault detection with radiators connected in parallel.
